April 8, 2009 Update

I continue to wait for my Pre-Approval letter from China, and it should be arriving anyday now. Once I receive this letter, then I can post my sweet girl's picture for all of you to see. My friend, Tammy, submitted her LOI the week before me, and she has already received her Seeking Confirmation Letter, which is the letter that we need to make our travel arrangements. CHI says that these letters are coming in record time, so I could be traveling to get Mia sooner than I originally thought. Tammy and I are hoping that we will be traveling together; we have become really good friends through our wait.

My newest nephew Jackson is doing great! He is the sweetest and cutest little thing you have ever seen! All of my nieces and nephews are growing like weeds, and it really makes me feel old!

I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter weekend!! I am truely amazed and thankful for the scarifice our Lord made in order that I may have life eternal - this is the true celebration of Easter to me!!
