February Update 2009

Well Friends, it's been a while since my last post, but there isn't really anything new to report. Except, I had another birthday - one year older and still no baby. Another Valentine's Day is almost here - no sweetheart to celebrate with, again this year. And, school work is killing me. Aren't you all glad you stopped by for happy news? But, on the adoption front, CHI still doesn't have a yea or nay from the CCAA regarding the Waiting Child list, so I continue to wait...it's what I do best!! Those who are aware, my sister-in-law Sara is still on bedrest, and baby Jackson is doing great. Sara had an ultrasound this week, and the Perinatologist said that Jackson looks great, so we are all so thankful for that encouraging news. Sara will be 30 weeks on Tuesday (I think), so please continue to pray that she can carry Jackson as long as possible - not that we aren't all very anxious to see him, but we would really like for him to arrive without having to stay in the NICU for a while. I hope everyone has a wonderful Valentine's Day, and maybe Mia will be home with her Mommy next V-Day to celebrate. Until next time...Peace and Grace to all!!
