thanks so much for stopping by my blog and commenting! your daughter is so cute! if you don't mind, would you tell me what her "special need" is? As I'm gathering info about the special needs on the application (I'm sure you are familiar:)) I'm contacting families who have experience with them as I find them. You must be from TN, me too!
